1. Complete the payment form and we will email you the packaging instructions, parcel labels and QR code for optional post office drop off. Royal Mail will bring parcel labels when they collect your console (no printer required) Home Collection and Return delivery is free.
2. We receive your console for repair. Most are done within 3 to 4 working days, we stock every part needed to get the repair done professionally. We test your console thoroughly before we return it back to you.
3. We package and return your repair. We only use Royal Mail and in most cases your repair will be with you the next day, we can send to any UK address you prefer, all tracked and insured.
