You buy a repair service, collection and return delivery of your console is free.

Once you buy a repair service we arrange Royal Mail to collect your faulty item at your convenience. This collection can be from your home or work, you can also drop off at any Post Office using the QR code we send you. Collection and return delivery is free.

We provide 12 months warranty on all our repairs.

Once the repair is completed we will arrange return delivery via Royal Mail.

In the very rare occasion we cannot fix your faulty console or your device is beyond economical repair, we will refund your repair payment and return your console back to you.

If you live locally to Redditch you can drop off your console by appointment with us instead of posting it to us.

All prices listed on our website include free collection and return delivery excluding the drop off in person repair service, there is no hidden charges.
