WE COLLECT YOUR CONSOLE
We will arrange for Royal Mail home collection. As a option for customers who work most days we email you a QR code for drop off at any Post Office. You also have the option to send it yourself at your own convenience. Return delivery is Free.
we repair your console
We receive your console for repair. Most are done within 3 to 4 working days, we stock every part needed to get the repair done professionally in our repair centre. We test your console thoroughly before we return it back to you.
we return your console
We package and return your repair via courier and in most cases your repair will be with you the next day, we can send to any UK address you prefer, all tracked and insured.
