2. Delivery Options

Option 1: DPD Home Collection, Complete the booking and payment form on the selected repair page, and we will collect your console the next working day via DPD courier.

Option 2: Send it Yourself, If you prefer you can send us your console using a courier of your own choice.

3. We repair your console

The average repair times are between 3-4 working days, we will examine your console to determine the full extent of any damage and carry out any necessary repairs. If the console was sent to us for a free estimate; we will contact you prior to commencing any repairs to seek your approval.

4. We return your console back to you

We will repair your device and fully test prior to sending it back to you. We use DPD couriers for your return - the best courier in the UK with awesome tracking. Follow your driver right up to your door using their tracking service. We also recommend using their app.
